My work combines clinical somatic therapy with the deep, restorative power of shamanic breathwork. We don’t just talk about your burnout; we access the physical imprints of stress in your body and release them. Sessions take place online or in a private, purpose-built clinic in Co. Meath. The atmosphere is clinical, discreet, and entirely focused on your well-being. This is a space where you can drop the 'performance' and finally start the work of rebuilding your resilience.
My Role in Your Recovery
I support clients in recovering from burnout, chronic stress, and anxiety by helping the body move out of survival mode and into a state of balance. Through somatic therapy and breathwork, we work directly with the nervous system to release stored trauma and emotional tension. This is a practical, body-based approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, helping you resolve issues at their root and restore clarity, energy, and resilience.
